This page explains what personal information this website collects, why we collect it, and who gets to see it. It is written in plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, call the shop on (361) 790-9833 and ask.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into the estimate request form on this site:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address, if you choose to give one
• The year, make and model of your vehicle
• The type of work you need and whether it is an insurance claim
• Anything you write in the description box

We do not run advertising trackers or analytics scripts on this site, and we do not use cookies to follow you around the internet.

Why we collect it

One reason: so we can call or email you back about the repair or paint work you asked about. That is it. We do not use it for anything else.

If you reached us through a Facebook or Instagram ad

If you filled in a form inside an advertisement on Facebook or Instagram rather than on this website, Meta passes your answers to us so we can contact you. The same rules on this page apply to that information once we receive it. Meta's own handling of your data is covered by Meta's privacy policy.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information. Not to anyone, ever.
• We do not rent, trade or share it with marketing companies.
• We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked for an estimate.
• We do not text or call you about anything other than your enquiry unless you ask us to.

Who else sees it

Only the people who need to in order to do the work:

• Us. The staff at the shop who handle estimates and repairs.
• Our website host. This site is hosted by Netlify, which receives and stores form submissions and forwards them to us by email. Their handling is covered by Netlify's privacy policy.
• Your insurance company, but only if you have told us this is an insurance claim and only as needed to process that claim.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests for as long as we may reasonably need them for the job and our business records. If you want yours deleted, ask us and we will delete it.

Children

This site is for people arranging vehicle repairs. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top.
